Mr. Tyson and his international team have been providing clients with research to support their business strategies for over 30 years. His primary areas of expertise include competitive intelligence research, strategic planning, benchmarking, business development, and executive presentations. Mr. Tyson’s global client list includes over 75 of the Fortune 100 companies.
Kirk is the author of nine books on strategy, competition and competitive intelligence. He is also a highly acclaimed seminar leader, and has presented hundreds of seminars in 25 countries.
Prior to his own firms’ activities, Mr. Tyson was with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and was co-founder of their strategic services consulting practice in the US and Europe. As part of that practice, Kirk advanced many of the strategic models and analytical techniques used today. Mr. Tyson holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Accounting. He is also a CPA.
